TUCSON SCOTTISH RITE

At the main entrance of the Tucson Scottish Rite Cathedral, you are greeted by a beautiful marble flooring and staircase trimmed with vintage hardwoods.

The main floor foyer and lounge area boasting its leather seating and art deco decor.

The entry to the main auditorium room (Red Room) proudly displays the portraits of the Scottish Rite Body leaders.

Entry to the "Donor Room" which displays fantastic tile, wood and stone work.

A stain glass window displayed within the donor room representing the symbols used within Scottish Rite Masonry.

A fantastic hand-painted mural on the ceiling of the donor room - photos do not do justice to this magnificent work!

A large hand carved bust of Albert Pike, who was fundamental in Tucson's Scottish Rite formation as well as National fame in Masonry.

Another beautifully crafted stain glass window on the Southern side of the building representing the symbols used within Scottish Rite Masonry.

This is one of 2 "Al Capone" style walk-in safes in the Cathedral. Sorry folks, they have not been used in years so no treasure hunting allowed!
